★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware: some cashiers scan more stuff than you buy and distract the client’s attention by “occasionally” letting fall something and asking clients to pick it up (in that moment they scan something else). After that they recommend not to take check because of environment and you go out and then you find out the trick you can’t do nothing with that. Security guys are in. They do it especially for people with kids, coz it’s easier - kids always want to get out from the shop as soon as possible. You would never believe that your favorite shops workers act like this((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a rating on the store but on the USB Muji fan. Since there is no way to contact Muji Lisbon directly I'm hoping that they see this review. I purchased a Muji desktop USB fan in April 2021 and it has already died - lasting only two months. This fan was to replace one I purchased at the Carnaby store in UK earlier and that only lasted a few months as well. At around £25 I expected a longer lifespan. I will not be buying any more of these fans. I am now in Bangkok and as each country does not honour returns from Muji stores in another location, it would be at my own expense to post it back to Portugal to get a refund. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has nice quality products ( food, clothes, personal care, stationary and home products). The products are very simple but very well made but off course they have a higher price than normal. I really like the pens they have and I would recommend them!!

It is usually crowded.
The store develops on two floors and the first floor has 2 different levels woth steps connecting them, so not wheelchair accessible. They have an online store though.
