No meu caso, perderam a possibilidade de fornecer equipamento para 15 postos de trabalho do meu escritório. Vendo as críticas aqui feitas, a casa não merece o nome que tem.
A pebble shop. They can try calling as often as they want and no one answers. It is regrettable the amount of business that must lose due to this customer care policy. In my case, they lost the ability to supply equipment for 15 jobs in my office. Seeing the criticisms made here, the house does not deserve its name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um orçamento para um computador superior a 1000€ e ficaram de ver e não deram resposta. Contactei a Chip7 de Lisboa no Saldanha, deram-me a resposta rapidamente e comprei o computador.
Não necessitava de me deslocar a Lisboa quando poderia comprar mais perto.
Actualização. (resposta) Eu não enviei o pedido de orçamento por email... Fui directamente à vossa loja do pinhal novo e pedi o orçamento.
Se quiserem até digo com quem falei.
Se lerem bem o que escrevi... "ficaram de ver" é sinal que existiu contactos
I asked for a budget for a computer over 1000 € and they were able to see it and didn't answer. I contacted Chip7 from Lisbon in Saldanha, they gave me the answer quickly and bought the computer.
I didn't need to travel to Lisbon when I could shop closer.
Update. (answer) I didn't send the budget request by email ... I went directly to your new pine forest store and asked for the budget.
If you want, I'll even tell you who I spoke to.
