I went to this store to buy a device that a friend of mine had told me about, and Mr. Luis, the store owner, promptly advised me what to choose according to my needs. It comes out quite satisfied with my purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso apenas lamentar ter comprado o meu artigo nesta loja, o atendimento ao confrontar o proprietário com um possível problema no aparelho que adquiri foi lamentável, ao ponto de colocar a minha palavra e honestidade em causa. Tenha o mesmo razão ou não , existe princípios de educação que se deve preservar a quem têm uma casa aberta ao publico principalmente quando não faltei ao respeito a ninguém, apenas me recusei a admitir que danifiquei a embalagem e a colei quando apenas o que fiz foi abrir normalmente a mesma . o que me leva a pensar como é possível adquirir um artigo novo em que a embalagem interior do mesmo se encontra com indícios de que foi colada anteriormente . Teria eu sim motivos para duvidar se o artigo era realmente novo? Antes de tomar esta atitude quis telefonicamente confrontar o proprietário telefonicamente o que resultou no corte da chamada em plena conversa por parte do mesmo. Resumindo falta de respeito pelo cliente, mau atendimento e profissionalismo é o que recebi da LMPC INFORMÁTICA & SATÉLITE .
I can only regret having purchased my item at this store, the care in confronting the owner with a possible problem with the device I purchased was unfortunate, to the point of putting my word and honesty in question. Whether you have the same reason or not, there are principles of education that must be preserved for those who have a house open to the public, especially when I have not been disrespectful to anyone, I just refused to admit that I damaged the packaging and pasted it when only what I did was open normally the same. Which leads me to wonder how it is possible to purchase a new article in which the inner packaging of the same meets evidence that it was pasted. Would I have reason to doubt if the article was really new? Before taking this action, I wanted to confront the owner by telephone, which resulted in the call being cut off in full conversation. In short lack of respect for the customer, poor service and professionalism is what I received from LMPC INFORMÁTICA & SATELLITE.
