Chirashi® Sushi nasceu em Telheiras no final de 2015 com um conceito totalmente inovador, resultando da experiencia da cozinha japonesa e da restauração por Ariana Bértolo e Miguel Bértolo. Apresentamos uma nova forma de comer sushi (Chirashi é um prato tradicional japonês que representa Sushi solto e que se consome há centenas de anos no Japão. Vários cortes e tipos de peixe juntam-se numa taça de arroz de Sushi). Em 2020 ampliámos o conceito de "Japanese street food" com a introdução do Ramen, Miguel Bértolo através da relação próxima com a cidade de Tóquio traz-nos um dos pratos mais consumidos no Japão. (Ramen é um prato de caldo e noodles originalmente importado da China e que se tornou um dos pratos mais populares do Japão, as primeiras versões foram noodles cobertos em caldo e carne assada ao estilo chinês (chashu), e que depois aperfeiçoados ao bom estilo japonês). O grande motor Chirashi® é a nossa equipa, formada por uma relação humana especializada em cozinha japonesa e em hospitalidade na restauração, para proporcionar o melhor momento nesta pequena viagem ao Japão. No Chirashi® encontra Sushi e Ramen num ambiente descontraído e minimalista, direcionando-se para uma refeição saudável e representando a "Japanese street food". A ementa espelha a base sólida da cultura japonesa, e cruzamo-la com a inovação para um cliente moderno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious! Well balanced and rich broth, chewy noodles, and in an easy to access location. A bit on the expensive side, especially for the slightly smaller than anticipated size, but I'd introduce friends to this location regardless. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 15:20 and was neglected service because it closes at 15:30 so at 15:20 they said they were already closed. I think in 10min they could have prepared a take away easily and won a costumer, instead i was met with indifference, no empathy and no service. If you are already refusing service at 15:20 why not just say you close at 15:20? Really disappointed and angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled all the way from Leiria to eat in this place, the food is very good, tasty and full of flavours worth every penny but the drink was a huge let down.
The drink was a Punch with Sake and we thought it will be just a bit of fresh mint but it was the liquor drink and it tasted like you would drink a mint candy, awfully sweet and it was expensive too 12.99
Service was a bit slow but i reccomend the food :)
