★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda para as 21h15, cheguei às 21h22 e fui atendido às 21h26, quando me dizem que já tinham vendido o frango. Quando cheguei estava um casal a ser atendido e a levar um frango, que provavelmente era o que eu tinha encomendado. O funcionário foi mal educado e de forma agressiva disse, que por me ter atrasado, "só tem meio frango e 2 salsichas". Preferem vender 1 frango, do que manter um cliente. Um cliente satisfeito partilha com 2 ou 3 pessoas, um cliente insatisfeito partilha com 10 ou 11 pessoas. É incompreensível este tipo de atitudes, para uma casa que está aberta ao publico.
I placed an order for 9:15 pm, arrived at 9:22 pm and was answered at 9:26 pm, when they tell me they had already sold the chicken. When I arrived there was a couple being served and taking a chicken, which was probably what I had ordered. The employee was rude and aggressively said, that for having delayed me, "only has half a chicken and 2 sausages". They prefer to sell 1 chicken, than keep a customer. A satisfied customer shares with 2 or 3 people, a dissatisfied customer shares with 10 or 11 people. This type of attitude is incomprehensible, for a house that is open to the public.
