★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recommended by the staff at four seasons country club after we asked where to go for dinner for the best meat in the area. We had a big plate of pata negra ham to start, and then asked the waiter to sort a large meat platter for us. What arrived was fantastic, rack of lamb, lovely sliced medium rare ribeye steak, and the standout black pork, which I've never tasted anything like. Amazing wine list aswell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been twice in a week with a large group of 10 both times. A busy but not overcrowded quality restaurant. This place is really low key but very very good. It's a typical portugese eatery with the standard fare of algarvean dishes on offer. Just done to a very good standard. There was no long waits for service as you can sometimes find and the food was truly excellent. I had sausage and cheese for a starter and pork and clams for a main. Highly recommend. Would suggest you book in advance. Will definitely be back.
