Parece que estão fazendo um favor, quando NÃO pois cobram muito bem as taxas para os serviços. Terrible!!! Unbelievable neglect, what happens to these employees who don't even answer the phone.' They seem to be doing you a favor when NO because they charge very well for services.

Ja liguei e nada, ja enviei um email e nada, agora com os casos de covid19 aumentando as desculpas pelos atrasos (descasos) aumentara também. Infelizmente é isso ai. I have my nationality approved for 1 year and the only thing missing is the creation of my registration. Already called and nothing, already sent an email and nothing, now with the cases of covid19 increasing the excuses for delays (neglect) will also increase. Unfortunately that's it.

Lamentável, temos coisas de responsabilidade oara tratar e não conseguimos. Mas vale entregar estes serviços ao privado, aliás fazia bem a muitos funcionários passarem pelo privado para dar valor ao que teem. Não estão fartos de ouvirem falar mal do vosso serviço? Zero stars. They don't answer the phone. It rings, nobody answers and then it's blocked because they have to take it off the rest. Regrettably, we have some responsibility to deal with and we can't. But it is worth delivering these services to the private, in fact it was good for many employees to go through the private to give value to what they have. Aren't you fed up with hearing bad things about your service?

Péssimo serviço prestado,fica a espera por mais de um ano para que no final mandem para outra conservatória,já que eles não têm competência para fazer sequer um registo. If anyone depends on any service in this conservatory, it's my regrets. Terrible service rendered, they wait for over a year for them to be sent to another registry at the end, as they do not have the competence to make even a record.

Voltei a ir la e fiz uma pergunta simples, como e possivel fazer uma marcaçao se voces nao atendem o telemovel? A resposta desse trabalhador exemplar foi um abanar de ombros ,como e que portugal pode evoluir com gente como esta num posto importade do cidadao portugues nao entendo Make appointments ?! There are two contacts at the door, one is without active voicemail and the other is not answering. I am tired of calling and no one is answering. I need some information. I didn’t even give it to me, I don’t see my wife since September. My daughter was born in January and not even. I met her personally, I am desperate to get the papers ready and it is impossible to get a bunch of incompetent people and it is a shame this conservatory! I went back there and asked a simple question, how is it possible to make an appointment if you don't answer the phone? The answer of this exemplary worker was a shrug of the shoulders, how can Portugal evolve with people like this in a post that is important for Portuguese citizens? I don't understand

Nobody speaks English and when you ask for an English speaker, they are rude and disrespectful. I had to get my passport from this office and and bring my old one to exchange for the new. They never mentioned to me when I was there that they would seize my old passport to exchange for the new one. I left there and when I got home I thought I lost my passport at the office or near my car outside the office. I called the office to ask but due to there lack of English I couldn't understand them quite well. They didn't seem to care either way so I advise anyone needing services from here to go else where. DISRESPECTFUL!
