Inclusive já solicitei marcação de exames por outras vias e ainda não obtive resposta. Unfortunately I've been trying to call for three days at different times and they never answer the phone. I've even asked to schedule exams by other means and still haven't received a response.

Já agora, para que têm o número disponível para que possamos ligar? Desisti... marquei o exame na Lagoa Centro, onde me atenderam a chamada à primeira tentativa. Muito má a imagem que passam com atitudes destas. Seguem a lógica que os utente é que precisam de vocês, mas é exatamente ao contrário, sem utentes , ficam sem trabalho e fecham portas. I gave up... I scheduled the exam at Lagoa Centro, where they answered my call on the first attempt. The image that they convey with attitudes like this is very bad. They follow the logic that the users are the ones who need you, but it is exactly the opposite, without users, they are out of work and they close doors. For me, never again.

Será que está tudo com o covid-19 e não tem funcionários ou é mesmo má profissionalismo , porque não acredito que estejam o dia inteiro ocupadas que não consigam atender um telefone ,uma vergonha.. I don't understand why in the health centers in our locality they tell us and give us the phone number of the Albano Tome clinic, we take all day to call and they don't answer us!!! Is it all with the covid-19 and there are no employees or is it really bad professionalism, because I don't believe they are busy all day that they can't answer a phone, a shame..

Either corrupt or incompetent because they told me it takes 10 days to give me the results of an ultrasound which are immediately on the screen. However, if you pay an "Emergency tax" it can be ready in a couple of days. Practising medicine for the rich. The ultrasound was also not as thorough as I received from the in house team at Portimão public hospital. Customer service attitude not compatible with modern Portugal.
S	Suzanne Catron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to get through on the phone because the clinic is super busy. However, it is also really efficient and there is very little waiting. The staff have been firm, but very helpful.

I speak Portuguese which helps but when I found out they didn't accept any cards except Portuguese ones I had a problem. Plenty of money in my UK bank but none in my Portuguese account. OK, I'll pay with my Portuguese credit card but that didn't work either (don't know why). So I had to transfer money into my Portuguese account which took a couple of minutes. The receptionist was completely unfazed and patiently waited.
