Ligaram me no próprio da dia, a pedir para antecipar a minha consulta das 18h para as 17h, o que aceitei mas me obrigou a mudar os meus compromissos, tendo até cancelado um. Quando cheguei às 17h encaminharam me para a sala de espera. Eram 17h32 quando desisti da consulta. A resposta por parte da funcionária foi que "é normal as consultas atrasarem". Falta de consideração pelo cliente.
Terrible attendance. They called me on the day itself, asking to anticipate my consultation from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., which I accepted but forced me to change my appointments, having even canceled one. When I arrived at 5:00 p.m., they directed me to the waiting room. It was 5:32 pm when I gave up. The response from the employee was that "it is normal for the appointments to be delayed." Lack of consideration by the customer.
