Onde o arame soltou e rasgava a bochecha... liguei para lá e não tinham possiblidade de me atender , não tinham o especialista disponível. Após um raio-x e uma consulta com o médico, que além de afável, foi muito informativo, dando-me toda a informação de forma clara. No final da consulta, apresentaram-me um plano de tratamento detalhado onde constavam outros problemas orais que o médico já me tinha explicado, o que me levou a decidir fazer o tratamento completo. Iniciei os tratamentos na semana seguinte, e ficaram concluidos em pouco menos de 4 semanas, entre desvitalizações e remoção de sisos. Senti-me sempre bem recebido pelo staff que foi sempre prestável respondendo a todas as minhas dúvidas à medida que estas iam surgindo. Recomendo muito esta clínica dentária. At the end of the consultation, they presented me with a detailed treatment plan that contained other oral problems that the doctor had already explained to me, which led me to decide to undergo the full treatment. I started the treatments the following week, and they were completed in just under 4 weeks, between devitalizations and removal of wisdom teeth. I always felt welcomed by the staff who were always helpful in answering all my queries as they arose. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Estive a tentar alinhar os dentes, venderam-me o aparelho transparente, depois fizeram o aparelho só para parte de baixo só com 10 tratamentos +/- 3 meses, começaram a desgastar os dentes à bruta para ficarem alinhados até que vi que estava tudo mal. Foi ter um concelho a outra clínica e disseram-me que não precisava de desgaste e o meu caso é bastante simples e aconselham outro tratamento porque o tratamento que estão a fazer e bastante errado. Neste momento não querem devolver o dinheiro. Dei 2 semanas a directora para me dar uma resposta ela levou 3 semanas sem resposta e agora foi de férias. Nem querem saber do meu caso é dizem que eu estou errado porque não vou aos tratamentos. Não aconselho nem por longe está clínica. Worst service, incompetent specialists, they only think about selling service. I was trying to align the teeth, they sold me the transparent braces, then they made the braces only for the underside with only 10 treatments +/- 3 months, they started to wear the teeth roughly to be aligned until I saw that everything was wrong . He went to have a council at another clinic and they told me he didn't need to wear out and my case is quite simple and they advise another treatment because the treatment they are doing is quite wrong. Right now they don't want to return the money. I gave the director 2 weeks to give me an answer, she took 3 weeks without an answer and now she went on vacation. They don't even want to know about my case and they say I'm wrong because I don't go to the treatments. I don't even advise by far this clinic.
P	Paulo Malaguerra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo..cliente de alguns anos e com familiares de momento em tratamento com plano, no qual também estive, desloquei-me para pedir medicação contra inchaço por dente partido e marcação posterior consulta para extracção e colocação de artificial na prótese ,como tem sido hábito. ESPANTO ,onde para o qual pedem 48,50 eur para a receita médica. Não voltarei claro está, não pelo valor a pagar, (pois até poderá ser muito mais noutro local) mas pelo forma que tratam um cliente..EVITAR ESTE LOCAL !! Neste, salva-se um bom médico de nome Sanchez...Dos outros todos colaboradores que conhecia e existiam há pouco na recepção, atendimento privado ,auxiliares e médicos ,muito poucos existem neste momento. DEBANDAM !! Não sabem manter clientes e cativar...MUITO TEMPO DE ESPERA JÁ TIVE AQUI PARA SER ATENDIDO COM HORA MARCADA...procurar outro local, nem que seja mais caro ,com outro atendimento, célere e o mais importante que facilitem quando necessário !! Têm sim, é muito interesse em fazer planos. O dinheiro que paga aqui também o faz noutra clínica.... A EVITAR TOTALMENTE. NÃO SE RECOMENDARÁ DE NOVO...!!
