★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do fato de a enfermeira que ajuda o médico se comportar como se ela fosse a mais importante aqui. O comportamento inadequado interrompe e não permite que o paciente expresse sua opinião! Eu pessoalmente não recomendo a clínica!??
Did not like the fact that the nurse helps the doctor to behave as if it were the most important here. Improper behavior interrupts and does not allow the patient to express your opinion! I personally do not recommend the clinic! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha nora vem de Évora e precisa de trocar de dentista, pois usa aparelho (à 5 meses) e como vai voltar ao Algarve, obviamente que não irá todos os meses a Évora para fazer uma manutenção que ronda os 40€. Estou então à procura de um dentista que possa ficar com o caso. Decidi ligar para vários, todos foram bastante simpáticos e me souberam dar valores relativamente ao meu pedido.
Quando liguei para esta clinica falei ao telemóvel com uma senhora bastante desagradável que nem capaz de se apresentar foi.
Pedi que me desse um orçamento (por alto) da manutenção mensal de um aparelho. Para além de não ter valores tabelados, pede ainda que seja feita uma consulta, no valor de 50€, para que seja possível dar um orçamento de uma manutenção simples.
Mostrei o meu descontentamento, e para minha surpresa quando o fiz, a mesma, disse que eu poderia escrever no livro de reclamações à "vontade" mostrando um desinteresse total.
Acredito que até possa ser uma boa clinica mas com uma má funcionária, que fez com que eu decidisse não procurar mais os seus serviços.
My daughter-in-law comes from Évora and needs to change her dentist, as she wears braces (for 5 months) and since she's going back to the Algarve, obviously she won't be going to Évora every month for maintenance that costs around €40. So I'm looking for a dentist who can take the case. I decided to call several, they were all very friendly and knew how to give me values regarding my request.
When I called this clinic I spoke on the cell phone with a very unpleasant lady who was not even able to introduce herself.
I asked you to give me a budget (roughly) for the monthly maintenance of an appliance. In addition to not having tabulated values, it also asks that a consultation be made, in the amount of €50, so that it is possible to give a budget for a simple maintenance.
I showed my displeasure, and to my surprise when I did, she said I could write in the complaints book at "will" showing a total disinterest.
I believe that it may even be a good clinic but with a poor employee, which made me decide not to look for their services anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El jueves 12 de agosto, se me partió la corona de un molar. Buscando algún lugar próximo, encontré al Instituto. A día siguiente, llamé por teléfono y traté de hacer una marcación, pero ya estaban todas las horas tomadas. Le pregunté a la joven que me atendió, cómo podría hacer, ya que no quería pasar con la muela partida con puntas que terminarían lesionando lengua y mejillas. Sandra, la administrativa con quién hablé, me propuso la opción de una atención de urgencia, ante la situación, por supuesto que acepte. Fui enseguida a la clínica y ella me tomó todos los datos, me inició una ficha clínica y me pidió que aguardara. No pasó más de media hora, que fui llamado. Me atendió una odontóloga con su asistente y me revisaron la lesión y plantearon diferentes opciones para reparar el molar. Opté por una de ellas y con mucha profesionalidad y buen trato, me reconstruyeron la pieza dentaria. Cuando fui a pagar, me encontré que el costo de todo el trabajo fue de sólo 55 euros. Me resultó muy razonable el precio, ya que además no tenían convenio con mi aseguradora. A las pocas horas estaba almorzando como si no hubiera pasado nada y hoy 23 de diciembre, el molar sigue perfecto. Excelente trabajo, muy profesional, rápido y para nada caro, teniendo en cuenta que era urgencia. Muy recomendable!
On Thursday, August 12, the crown of a molar broke off. Looking for some place nearby, I found the Institute. The next day, I called on the phone and tried to dial in, but all the hours were already taken. I asked the young woman who treated me how I could do it, since I did not want to go through with the tooth that was split with points that would end up injuring the tongue and cheeks. Sandra, the administrator with whom I spoke, proposed the option of urgent care, given the situation, of course I accept. I immediately went to the clinic and she took all the data from me, started a clinical file and asked me to wait. It was not more than half an hour, that I was called. I was attended by a dentist with her assistant and they reviewed the injury and proposed different options to repair the molar. I opted for one of them and with great professionalism and good treatment, they rebuilt my teeth. When I went to pay, I found that the cost of all the work was only 55 euros. The price was very reasonable for me, since they also did not have an agreement with my insurer. A few hours later I was having lunch as if nothing had happened and today December 23, the molar is still perfect. Excellent work, very professional, fast and not at all expensive, considering that it was urgent. Highly recommended!
