Logo a seguir o raio x , fui atendida pela dra Vanessa Mata , que foi extremamente intrusiva e mal educada . Além de dizer que alguém com tatuagens não deveria ter medo de ir ao dentista realizar procedimentos porque eram bem menos agulhadas( obrigada, graças ao seu comentário infeliz,o meu medo passou ... ) ainda fez perguntas que considerei extremamente intrusivas e comentários ainda mais ridículos do que o citado acima. E eu a achar que por ser atendida por uma dentista da mesma nacionalidade que a minha, seria , se calhar, um momento mais agradável... Guarde o seu preconceito para a sra e seja mais profissional. Não recomendo a ninguém (unidade trindade). Assinei o livro de reclamações duas vezes, podem procurar meu nome lá, casos eles tentem desacreditar este comentário. Saí tão abalada que meu namorado teve que ir me buscar na rua chorando e sangrando. Que experiência traumática. I have never been so mistreated in my life in medical care. Dentist unprepared, crude and extremely inconvenient. I do not recommend it to anyone (trinity unit). I signed the complaints book twice, you can search for my name there, in case they try to discredit this comment. I left so shaken that my boyfriend had to fetch me on the street, crying and bleeding. What a traumatic experience.

Marquei uma restauração de um dente e pedi várias vezes a profissional que me colocasse resina no meu dente, como em todos os outros, mas paguei gato por lebre, e sai da clínica com um curativo no dente. Solicito meu reembolso. Serei apenas mais um número para essa "empresa" fábrica. Olha só responderam, porém apenas "blá, blá, blá ", ainda continuo com o problema. Ou seja, desculpas não são suficientes pois, não resolvem problemas. E percebam que as repostas são sempre iguais. É muito descaso e antiprofissional. Lamento muito pela empresa. disappointing. Smile.up was able to squeeze me in only a couple hours after I called to inquire about an appointment. Dr. Diogo Mendes was an excellent dentist — kind, knowledgeable, and very good manner for explaining all stages of the procedure. All the staff in the office were friendly and I left the dentist’s office confident my dental concerns were well taken care of. I would highly recommend this practice and most certainly Dr. Mendes.

And the result of their analysis was, by the way, TOTALLY wrong. I went to see another dentist (because I was sure that what I have been told was false, and it was only for money), and this one did what I needed, plus confirmed me that what smile.up said was false. I do not recommend this clinic at all. They wanted to make money on me, and their advices were not good either.
