Excelente profissionalismo de todo o pessoal ... rececionistas, higienistas, dentistas, .... Por vezes existe algum atraso nas consultas ... que até certo ponto é compreensível ... mas ao longo do tempo tenho verificado que tem melhorado. I've known this clinic for a long time... over 12 years. The whole family is assisted here. Excellent professionalism of all staff ... receptionists, hygienists, dentists .... Sometimes there is some delay in appointments ... which to some extent is understandable ... but over time I have noticed that it has improved.

Irei de certeza continuar a utilizar esta clinica para as minhas futuras visitas, recomendo. Today was my first consultation, where I was very well attended and I want to write that Dr. Patricia solved my dental problem in a very effective way and was very friendly. Das várias vezes que precisei de uma urgência fui sempre muito bem atendida , até mesmo em pleno confinamento. Um muito obrigada também as meninas da recepção que são o nosso primeiro contacto e fazem tudo para nos satisfazer . For several years I have been followed by excellent professionals and for the first time I come to publicly declare my gratitude for the excellent service, affection and sympathy. Of the several times I needed an emergency, I was always very well attended, even in the middle of confinement. Unfriendly staff and they are rude if you speak English. Ladies at the reception are very rude. As a foreigner, I had some Qs regarding treatment and payment which they should answer so that I am clear on this. Instead of answering my questions, ladies at the reception started making faces as if I am asking something totally absurd and they didn't provide me any details as well. If you are not Portuguese, this clinic is not for you.
