A comunicação com os alguns funcionários é muito difícil. Ao fazer a marcação dos exames perguntei se poderia levar as imagens ao fim do atendimento e posteriormente receber os laudos via e-mai. Foi garantido que sim, reforcei que iria de longe para fazer os exames e não poderia voltar uma segunda vez apenas para retirar os exames. Me foi dito que sem problemas. Ao chegar para realizar os exames, depois de me deslocar de longe, resolvi perguntar novamente sobre levar as imagens e receber os laudos via e-mail. Qual não foi a minha surpresa? A senhora que estava ao balcão disse-me que deveria perguntar a médica. Ao perguntar a médica está me disse que sim, mas uma outra funcionária discordou da médica e rispidamente, comigo e com a médica, disse que não pois estavam muito atrasados com os exames. Foi de uma falta de cordialidade imensa, não só com a médica que é sua colega na clínica, como comigo que sou uma cliente. Enfim, sai da clínica sem os exames e fui grosseiramente informada a outra buscá-los no dia 16/06, após as 16h00, no mesmo dia da minha consulta com o médico. Resumo: minha avaliação pessoal é de que alguns funcionários não sabem se comunicar. E, de minha parte, muito provavelmente não volto a realizar exames na clínica, nem tão pouco recomendaria para um familiar/amigos.
Communication with some employees is very difficult. When scheduling the exams, I asked if I could take the images to the end of the service and later receive the reports via e-mail. It was guaranteed that yes, I reinforced that I would go far to take the exams and could not come back a second time just to withdraw the exams. I was told no problem. Upon arriving for the exams, after moving from far away, I decided to ask again about taking the images and receiving the reports via e-mail. What was not my surprise? The lady at the counter told me I should ask the doctor. When I asked, the doctor said yes, but another employee disagreed with the doctor and, sharply, with me and the doctor, said no because they were too late with the exams. It was an immense lack of cordiality, not only with the doctor who is her colleague at the clinic, but with me, who is a client. Anyway, I left the clinic without the exams and I was rudely told to pick them up on June 16, after 4 pm, on the same day as my appointment with the doctor. Summary: My personal assessment is that some employees don't know how to communicate. And, for my part, I will most likely not go back to having exams at the clinic, nor would I recommend it to a family member/friends.

Efectuei cinco exames em sensivelmente duas horas e meia (duas TAC'S, 3 ecografia, um RX além de análises ao sangue) com uma fluência que considero muito boa. Excelentes profissionais, tanto administrativos como corpo clínico,médicos, enfermeiros, técnicos e auxiliar. Vantagem o facto de ter vários acordos SNS inclusive. Recomendo

Realizei uma TAC correu tudo muito bem. O pessoal técnico de saúde foi extraordinário durante todo o processo. Muito obrigada pela a vossa amabilidade e profissionalismo. Recomendo sem reserva os serviços prestados nesta clínica.

Desconfortável e gelado, quer nas instalações quer no atendimento da técnica e da médica que fizeram os exames. As marcações também não são fiáveis, desmarcaram um exame no próprio dia e só consegui reagendar para 6 semanas depois.

Fui bem atendido. Convém contar com pelo menos 15-20min de tempo de espera desde tirar senha, à entrada, até ser atendido no balcão (mesmo com exame marcado). É um local muito movimentado, especialmente de manhã, devido à sua localização e devido ao facto de ter acordo com SNS, com grande diversidade de exames. Sala de espera com cerca de 30 lugares.
I was well taken care of. It is advisable to have at least 15-20 minutes of waiting time, from getting the ticket, at the entrance, to being served at the counter (even with an exam scheduled). It is a very busy place, especially in the morning, due to its location and due to the fact that it has an agreement with the SNS, with a great diversity of exams. Waiting room with about 30 seats.

Centro de exames situado no Centro de Lisboa. Atendimento de excelência. Cuidados Covid. Atenciosos. Pessoal da recepcao e auxiliar super simpáticos e sorriso no rosto. Médico muito sucinto e direto. Pareceu-me bastante profissional. Recomendo. Aconselho alguma paciência para a marcação por telefone... por vezes chega a ser complicado mas basta mandar um email que respondem de imediato. Recomendo e voltarei sem dúvida!
Exam center located in the center of Lisbon. Excellence service. Covid care. thoughtful. Reception staff and helpers super friendly and smile on their face. Very succinct and direct doctor. It looked very professional to me. I recommend. I advise some patience when making an appointment by phone... sometimes it gets complicated but just send an email and they will respond immediately. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

I started of writing this: Even though my Portuguese partner made the appointment, I was grossly overcharged- and the images were of poor quality, almost useless. The person taking the pictures did not adjust the exposure and asked me to do a position that ruined the image. Being a foreigner is tricky and apparently almost always a reason to rip people of. Don’t go there! But then the manager called me, apologised and offered me money back and a free CT scan. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy.
