★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei esta clínica para fazer um check up, mas saí de lá pior do que entrei, atendida pela Dra. Joana Alvorão resumindo... Ela acabou por me tirar o dente errado (gravíssimo) percebi logo que cheguei a casa, no dia seguinte voltei ao consultório, mas a doutora estava ausente, fui atendida pelo DrJúlio Barros (dono da clínica) Contei o sucedido mas ele respondeu não posso fazer nada, agora pergunto procurei a clínica ou salão de beleza o erro foi na rua ou dentro da clínica? Independentemente quem atendeu...
No dia seguinte voltei novamente ao consultório falar com a Dra. Conversamos conversamos ela não admitiu que errou... Fiz uma pergunta pra ela porquê que não me fez o Rio X a resposta foi seguinte pelo aspecto do seu dente não era preciso, respondi então consigue ver o raiz do dente ela não respondeu.. Fiquei perplexa com a resposta de um profissional.
Mas não vou parar por aqui vou atrás do meu direito vou processar tanto a Dra Joana Alvorão e a clínica também.
Não recomendo a ninguém a esta clínica.
I looked for this clinic to do a check up, but I left there worse than I entered, attended by Dr. Joana Alvorão in summary ... She ended up taking the wrong tooth (very serious) I realized as soon as I got home, the next day I came back to the doctor's office, but the doctor was absent, I was attended by DrJúlio Barros (owner of the clinic) I told him what happened but he said I can't do anything, now I asked did I look for the clinic or beauty salon, was the mistake on the street or inside the clinic? Regardless of who answered ...
The next day I went back to the doctor's office to talk to Dr. We talked we talked she didn't admit that she was wrong ... I asked her a question why she didn't ask me for Rio X the answer was following the aspect of her tooth was not necessary, I answered then get to see the root of the tooth, she didn’t respond .. I was perplexed by the response of a professional.
But I will not stop here, I will pursue my right, I will sue both Dr. Joana Alvorão and the clinic as well.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

L'équipe du cabinet médical (de la secrétaire, de l'assistante dentaire ainsi que les docteurs pratiquants) ont été formidables. Délai de prise en charge rapide, équipes sympathiques, humains, et professionnels. Je recommande ce cabinet dentaire et je ne manquerais pas de passer leur faire un coucou avec mon joli sourire ?.
I was on vacation in Portugal, I had to change a crown. The team at the medical office (secretary, dental assistant as well as practicing doctors) were wonderful. Quick turnaround time, friendly, human, and professional teams. I recommend this dental practice and I will be sure to stop by and say hi to them with my pretty smile ?.
