Não só explica cada procedimento é o porquê de o fazê-lo , como também conforta os familiares mais sensibilizados pela situação de seus pets. Não só me pareceu ser um excelente profissional, mas também, um ser humano muito dedicado ao bem estar dos outros que os cercam. Digo isso pois foi nossa primeira consulta após a triste perda do veterinário de nossa cadelinha Bombom, que nos deixou muito tristes. E ele foi extremamente afetuoso para com meu filho que já estava sensibilizado por esta perda e também para com o estado de saúde de nossa Bombom. Dr. Mario, nos conquistou ali. Agradecemos às queridas senhoras que levam seus cães ao Parque de Quires, em Vila Nova da Telha, que me indicaram o Dr Mario. Imagino também que sua outra clínica, onde sua senhora é a veterinária também deva ser maravilhosa. Desejo muito sucesso a esta linda família que nos acolheu. Viemos de outro continente, onde havíamos perdido também o veterinário de nossa Bombom que foi veterinário de todos os nossos animais desde que éramos criança , ( ambos meu esposo e eu), mudamos para Portugal e esperamos construir aqui mais um novo e verdadeiro laço de confiança e quiçá amizade com nosso novo veterinário que estará ,se Deus quiser, muitos anos por vir e com muita saúde conosco. Dr. Mario is very attentive and really sees that he loves what he does. Not only explains each procedure is why do so, but also comforts the family more sensitized by the situation of their pets. Not only did he seem to me to be an excellent professional, but also, a human being very dedicated to the well being of others around them. I say this because it was our first visit after the sad loss of our little dog's vet, who made us very sad. And he was extremely affectionate towards my son who was already sensitized by this loss and also to the state of health of our Bonbon. Dr. Mario, got us there. We thank the dear ladies who take their dogs to the Quires Park, in Vila Nova da Telha, which was indicated to me by Dr Mario. I also imagine that your other clinic, where your lady is the veterinarian, must be wonderful too. I wish much success to this beautiful family that welcomed us. We came from another continent, where we had also lost the vet of our Bombom that was veterinarian of all our animals since we were a child, (both my husband and I), we moved to Portugal and hope to build here a new and true bond of trust and perhaps friendship with our new veterinarian who will be, God willing, many years to come and with great health with us. Amen.

O Dr. Mário além de excelente profissional, é bastante humano e afável. Comunicativo e explica tudo ao pormenor e não consulta pela rapidez mas pela qualidade. A nossa menina ganhou um amigo e médico novo!
It was a positive surprise. We went for the first time with our dog, who is already 14 years old, to have the annual vaccination. Dr. Mário, besides being an excellent professional, is very human and friendly. Communicative and explains everything in detail and does not consult for speed but for quality. Our girl got a friend and a new doctor!
