★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More resort than hotel - great place to stay. Luz is a calm and beautiful town, and beach is close to the Club House. I wish we came the in the season and for longer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price was very reasonable. Location is good. Just 5 mins away from beach. Supermarkets are also close to the hotel.
Room was clean and it had enough amenities & towels.
Breakfast was ok. Not so many options but it's not fair to expect more with this price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a cute hotel! the breakfast included is pretty diverse, the room was tidy and I found extra blankets so yas. The staff is kind, and you're a couple of minutes away from the beach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff (Rita who checked us in, Alisson in the restaurant who seems to be working all shifts and the cleaning lady - sorry don't know her name). Breakfast is basic but fresh. Rooms need to be updated but we were in room 12 which is on the ground floor in the corner of the resort, so pretty private and quiet. Pool furniture needs proper cleaning. It would be great to have a kettle in the room.
I'm giving full marks despite the few little things because we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is only 3min walk to the beach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No spa area at the Moment , but the staff and the breakfast was Amazing.
When its possible I would give 4 and a half Stars. And that just because of the old beds (Matratze) and the Air con Was just working in one room.

Low light, we arrived late, so we have had to use the lantern.
The water purification system of the swimming pool was making an unpleasant noise, because the water level was a bit low.
Comfortable and quiet room. Pretty basic.
Good breakfast buffet.
Easy to park outside.
It seems like a tennis club, not like a hotel.
Kind and friendly staff.
