★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this shop is pretending to be a computer's technician, but it's not the case at all. I had a problem of Graphic Card on my laptop on last april when I've been stuck in Portugal during the quarantine, so this shop was open, and I left my computer there to fix the problem, then he told me that we have to change the GPU and he has to order a new one, and that's costing 150 euros, I didn't have another choice especially the most of shops were closed due to the lockdown, so I had to wait for more than 1 month and half, because he was saying that he's still waiting for the order, he's making tests... Blablabla. Then finally the computer "was fixed" but not properly because the fan was making a noise even if I asked him to change it because the old one was dead. And when I went back to my country few weeks after I had again the same problem of graphics, and I went to two different shops here and they told me that the GPU was only warmed and it's impossible to change it, because it's integrated in the motherboard on this model of laptop that I have, and the whole motherboard should be replaced. And when I asked the owner about what he did exactly and what can I do, he told me that we have warranty and he knows that I told him that I'm not anymore in Portugal and there's a supplier in another place who made the work and it wasn't him, and he didn't even me told me that when I have been in Portugal and he was saying all the time: I did that, I'm making tests... etc. Anyway avoid this shop because they are not professionals at all and they could scam you.
