As with any MEO store ... Too much waiting and badly trained professionals. For the same problem you can get different solutions between stores! On the one hand is good! We choose the solution that suits us best!

É uma loja difícil e a evitar, já tive esperas grandes nesta loja e por vezes confusões entre clientes e funcionários.
Por vezes tem muitos funcionários mas nem isso reduz o tempo de espera.
Se puder vá a outra loja MEO, se não puder, vá a esta.

It's a tough store and to avoid, I've had big waits at this store and sometimes confusion between customers and employees.
Sometimes it has many employees but not even this reduces the waiting time.
If you can go to another MEO store, if you can't go to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta loja não aceita pagamentos com cartão de débito ou de crédito, como se estivesse na Idade das trevas. Uma vez recusaram-me até o pagamento em dinheiro, desrespeitando o papel do vil carcanhol em sociedade. Qualquer queixa ou dúvida que o cliente aqui coloque terá a devida resposta noutra loja, decerto mais habilitada para uma sessão de esclarecimento connosco. Além do décor e do logótipo da Meo, pouco ou nada tem a ver com telefones.
This shop does not accept debit or credit card, as if you were in the Dark Ages. Once they refused me to pay in cash, disregarding the role of the vile carcanhol in society. Any complaint or doubt that the customer puts here will have the appropriate answer in another store, certainly more qualified for a debriefing session with us. Apart from the Meo décor and logo, there is little or nothing to do with phones.
