Contatei pela primeira vez o coach carreira a cerca de 2anos devido a constantes lesões que tinha e foi o que melhor fiz, desde essa altura melhorei bastante e com os exercícios que o coach indicou não voltei a ter esses problemas. Voltei a contactar o coach por um outro problema e logo no primeiro dia notei grandes diferenças, para melhor. Agora é continuar a fazer os exercícios indicados para ficar a 100% ?. Graças ao coach ganhei qualidade de vida ? Excellent professional! I contacted the career coach for the first time about 2 years ago due to constant injuries I had and that was what I did best, since then I have improved a lot and with the exercises that the coach indicated I have not had these problems again. Quando quis recomeçar, inscrevi me num ginásio... mas não gostei da experiencia,. Depois seguiram se alguns personal trainer, mas também não senti aquela empatia que me faz levantar do sofá e ser feliz a fazer exercicio. Até que uma amiga me indicou o Jorge. Levei alguns meses a decidir contactá-lo. Quando o contactei, gostei da forma como a conversa decorreu. Comecei um pouco receosa se iria desencantar-me de novo. NEM PENSAR!!!! FOI A MELHOR DECISÃO. O Jorge sabe o que faz! Além de conhecer a fundo todos os aspetos ligados aoovimento, anulando assim a possibilidade de lesões, cria com os alunos uma relação empática que me ajuda a perceber as minhas dificuldades e ser persistente na superação das mesmas. Sou sem dúvida hoje uma pessoa mais feliz e menos ferrugenta. MUITO OBRIGADA JORGE!!!!! I've always been a fan of the movement. I practiced several sports and a few years ago I stopped completely from sporting activity. When I wanted to start over, I signed up for a gym... but I didn't like the experience. Then followed some personal trainers, but I also didn't feel that empathy that makes me get off the couch and be happy to exercise. Until a friend referred me to Jorge. It took me a few months to decide to contact him. When I contacted him, I liked the way the conversation went. I started a little afraid if I would be disenchanted again. NO WAY!!!! IT WAS THE BEST DECISION. Jorge knows what he's doing! In addition to knowing in depth all aspects related to the movement, thus eliminating the possibility of injuries, it creates an empathic relationship with the students that helps me to understand my difficulties and be persistent in overcoming them. I am undoubtedly a happier and less rusty person today. THANK YOU SO MUCH JORGE!!!!!

Patient, knowledgeable and committed to do whatever it takes to improve my condition whilst explaining at every step what we are doing and why we are doing it. Best of all is that his practice can be taken home and continue the great work we did in the studio. Can't thank him enough for his help and professionalism
