★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll be honest: I go to that restaurant quite often, but it's not because of the food quality.
I love the location and how easy it is to reach. It has an accessible price also, and as a lover of Philadelphia sushi I can ask to personalize and add a little bit of it to the pieces I want.
As for the food quality.. it's what you could expect for 13€ sushi (or 16€ at dinner). Not too authentic, nor too exquisite. But it's enough to get by when you have that sushi craving but don't really feel like spending a fortune on some more expensive sushi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venue: Samurai is located within walking distance from Oriente Train Station and Vasco Da Gama mall (around 10 minutes walk). The place simple but has comfortable seating layout. They also have baby chairs, which is very convenient when dining with the little ones. Regarding the toilets, I would recommend to work a bit more towards the cleanliness and to make some improvements regarding the baby changing station.
Food: The dishes served at Samurai are fresh and nicely made. Waiting time is appropriate, considering that everything is being made out on spot. The value for price is quite good.
Overall, Samurai Restaurant is an "always come back" place. Every time I'm back in town and so far, hasn't disappointed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this restaurant since 2018, and I have nothing but good things to say about it, so I really don't get the bad reviews... The staff has been very nice and polite since day 1. The service is usually super fast, and the sushi is really really good for an all-you-can-eat with this price (though I believe they upped it recently).
My go-to sushi restaurant! Definitely recommend.
