A	Ana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde a todos, adquiri uma tartaruga russa bebé com cerca de 4 meses na loja cobras e lagartos. Correu tudo bem. Entretanto, iniciei me em grupos do Facebook e coloquei uma foto da mesma. Descobri que comprei uma tartaruga doente com piramidismo (uma das doenças mais graves), doença provocada por alimentação, humidade e iluminação incorreta. Primeiramente, a lâmpada que me venderam apenas tinha 20 watt e não emitia radiação uvb, fulcral para a correta digestão e formação óssea dos répteis. Segundo, disseram me que a alimentação é todo o tipo de couves do supermercado. Mais uma vez, incorreto. Couves são uma guloseima e intoxicam o animal. Terceiro, disseram que teria que ficar em folha de jornal uma vez que as bebés comem terra e podem morrer, o que é mentira. A minha tartaruga felizmente está viva. Tive que gastar mais 70€ para corrigir os erros cometidos pelos vendedores. Não recomendo a loja. Tenham cuidado. Informem se em grupos do Facebook antes de adquirirem qualquer tipo de animal em que loja for. A loja não passa faturas. Good afternoon everyone, I bought a Russian baby turtle about 4 months old at the snakes and lizards store. Everything went well. However, I started in Facebook groups and put a picture of it. I found out that I bought a sick turtle with pyramidism (one of the most serious diseases), a disease caused by food, humidity and incorrect lighting. First of all, the lamp they sold me was only 20 watt and did not emit uvb radiation, essential for the correct digestion and bone formation of reptiles. Second, they told me that food is all kinds of cabbage from the supermarket. Again, incorrect. Cabbages are a treat and intoxicate the animal. Third, they said that it would have to stay on a newspaper sheet since babies eat dirt and can die, which is a lie. My turtle is happily alive. I had to spend another 70 € to correct the mistakes made by the sellers. I don't recommend the store. Be careful. Inform yourself in Facebook groups before purchasing any type of animal in which store. The store does not issue invoices.

Para quem procura alimento vivo aconselho vivamente. O alimento é de qualidade ao contrário de outros sítios onde passado meia dúzia de dias os bicos morrem, ou não têm qualquer tipo de actividade que nem os nossos répteis os comem. Quais quer dúvidas que tenham também podem sempre aconselhar-se na loja, que conta com excelentes profissionais com uma vasta experiência na área. Tanto os meus dragoes, geckos e o meu novo mini filho o meu Ben (tartaruga Russa) creio que falam por si. Apenas posso dizer obrigado. A minha esposa e filha, que jamais pensaram em chegar perto de um reptil hoje sao apaixonadas, o meu filho tal como o pai um apaixonado inato. Mais uma vez so posso dizer bem de um local que sempre me trata bem, aos bichos e esta sempre disponivel para ajudar com um conhecimento top. Tendo repteis desde que tenho 16 anos aprendo sempre com qualquer pessoa da loja com um entusiasmo brutal. Grande abraco. Both my dragons, geckos and my new mini son my Ben (Russian tortoise) I believe they speak for themselves. I can only say thank you. My wife and daughter, who never thought of getting close to a reptile today, are in love, my son, like his father, is an inborn lover. E respondendo já à resposta automática, não pretendo "voltar sempre" a uma loja que felizmente não tive a infelicidade de visitar. Ps. Video do animal em questão na conta de Instagram, exatamente igual ao de outra loja. Sendo que tive acesso ao mesmo semanas antes, através da outra loja, no mínimo estranho.
