★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great indoor swimming pool. 3.4 euro entry free but you need either a small padlock for a locker or just take your stuff poolside & leave valuables at home.
You need to wear a swimming hat too. Three lanes were sectioned off for lane swimmers & the larger area for aqua aerobics.
The lanes need to be marked as slow, intermediate & fast otherwise you end up with almost non swimmers clogging each lane or blocking the lane ends doing stretches!!
It's closed on Sundays, only open Saturday morning but open M-F 8am until late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent pool. You do not need any ID or to complete any forms to swim here €3.50. The desk to pay is at a different entrance to the pool. You need a padlock for the lockers. Very popular when I went on a Monday, just one lane for swimming but not too many lane swimmers and clockwise system worked well. Aqua aerobics on one side and swimming lessons on the other. Good to see it being so well used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great 25-meter pool in Alvor. The temperature of the water is perfect and the changing and shower area is heated. The entrance fee is €3.50 and you can stay for 75 minutes. In the mornings they do aqua aerobics so 3 out of 6 lanes are reserved for that and after 4.20 pm swimming classes occupy several lanes. Bring your vaccination certificate with you.
