Para trabalhar para a CONCENTRIX e preciso passar pelas identidades patronais de trabalho temporario '' manpower e ramstad '' no meu caso sem dizer de qual d'as 2 se trata é à pior M..... que ixiste... Pressao abusiva arranjao maneira para nunqua ter de pagar os prémios nenhuma consideracao e grande arrogancia. Eu nunqua tinha trabalhado en Portugal como cresci no estrangeiro entao espero poder pensar que nao sera igual por todo o lado e que seija un caso isolado. So para teren 1 ideia eramos 18 pessoas na minha formação e 4 abandonarao na 1 semana de floor e agora 6 meses depois de essa mesma formação so ainda trabalhao 5 pessoas e isto repetece en todas as formacões..
O projeto é mesmo fixe e aposto que as identidades patronais nao foçen deste jeito ninguen ia embora

Abusive pressure arranging the way to never have to pay the premiums no consideration and great arrogance. I had never worked in Portugal as I grew up abroad so I hope I can think that it will not be the same everywhere and that I know an isolated case. Just to have 1 idea we were 18 people in my training and 4 left in the 1 week of the floor and now 6 months after that same training I still work 5 people and this is repeated in all training.
The project is really cool and I bet that the employers' identities didn’t go like that nobody would leave
