Lamentável, no mínimo.
Péssima experiência e seguramente que não irei recomendar esta agência a ninguém.
Good Morning. I am arriving today for a honeymoon and I am still waiting for the budget I requested in November 2018, which was never sent to me despite the insistence made either in person or by telephone.
Unfortunate at the very least.
Bad experience and surely I will not recommend this agency to anyone.
