I paid this agency 350 €, however it closed the contracts are disconnected, I feel cheated, I have already filed a complaint and I will wait for a response from the police.

Tenho uma viagem marcada desde janeiro 2019, adiei por motivo da pandemia, agora envio msg para o messenger para me informarem como será este ano, demoraram a responder e disseram para enviar e-mail, até agora ainda não obtive uma resposta.
