★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, I was curious about the method, because it was nothing I had ever heard of before - I entered the session with an open mind, and no expectations. Very impressive! In a single, very emotional session, I was able to look deep into the key situations of my past that were blocking me. It's as if this big ball of wool got detangled further in a way I did not know it was possible. I felt overall lighter, and also learned a big deal about myself. Cannot thank Lucas enough for the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucas asked me, if he can practise a session with me. I am always interested in new ways to break free out of old habits and toxic mindsets.
I was really suprised, what came to the surface, when he did his coaching with me.
I didn't expect that kind of result and you have to now that the session will be intense. But Lucas is very empathic and really takes care of your needs and feelings.
After the session I was very emotionally, but then I felt calm and something changed inside me.
