J	James Collis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nacionalidade: Its busy, arriving early reduces wait, compared to regional offices they completed process initiation for nationality. Two other offices failed before going here. At 8.30 a.m. 20 people Q'ing, at 9 when it opens there were 40. All done by 10:10.

S	Saylab Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE OFFICE IS CLOSED FOR 14 DAYS !! 16 MARCH 2020. It's impossible to book appointment online so even if you could you have wait months for your turn to come. So we went to the office and the lady she said we can't check you without giving us any information. Just like you can't be checked , you cant be checked. When we asked why, she goes we are busy! We unprofessional and rude. The police officer was very helpful and advised us to come early morning and have your ticket to be checked on the same day.

P	Paal Erlend maelen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guards at door didn't allow us to enter before they closed so we had to rebook flight and stay extra night in hotel because of their stupidity. It cost us a lot but they didn't care. We had a 2 year old child with us and it said on the door that priority was given to people with kids up to 2 years. They didn't believe our child was 2 years and rudely demanded we showed proof. Then they said the child was not 2 years but 2 years and 4 months so priority not valid. We had to wait as everyone else in queue because of that. They said the rule was for children under 2 years but included the day kid turned 2. But why didn't it say that on the door? So we asked how they counted their own age. Do they count the month days and minutes? They were too dumb to understand our point. I believe they were also racist because we didn't see them treat any white people so rudely. The next day we arrived again and inside the office all the working staff agreed with us that we had priority right and the people at door were useless. Should we send them bill for our extra expenses? Also the door people screamed in Portuguese to someone who didn't speak Portuguese. Apparently they thought screaming helped this person understand better. It didn't. We had to step in and help even if the unfriendly lady guard in the door didn't deserve it and she didn't care to thank us for the help either. Be aware that Portugal is an extremely racist country after many hundred years of colonialism.
