★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has everything that you need and a bit more, with a healthy variety if brands and a decent number of items on sale. Good prices overall. Friendly staff. Maintenance crew should be more mindful of customers, as some of them behave more like drones than humans and can inadvertently step on your toes while moving around the cleaning machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection and variety of items in this store was fantastic. They have all of the basics you would expect from a larger hypermarket but the store is huge. Their deli, bakery, wine selection, butcher and dairy are extensive. Plus they have a vast selection of household items and even clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of safe underground parking. Easy access to highways and the standard anchor tenants one finds in most large Portuguese shopping centres. The Continente us a big one with lots of different departments from Hardware to Clothing to their normal food offering.
