O funcionário pronta e simpaticamente se disponibilizou a ajudar e, inclusivamente, ficou para além do horário de saída no sentido de resolver o assunto (encontrava-me sem acesso total a tudo o que tinha no telemóvel). Por tal, deixo aqui um elogio, em geral. à iServices do Oeiras Parque e, em particular, ao Sr. Rafael. Muito obrigado.
 Last Monday (November 2nd) I went to the store for having a broken screen and no image. The employee promptly and sympathetically offered to help and, even, stayed beyond the departure time in order to resolve the matter (I was without full access to everything I had on the phone). For that, I leave a compliment here, in general. to iServices from Oeiras Parque and, in particular, to Mr. Rafael. Thank you.

ja passaram mias do que quatro e nada...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iPhone wouldn’t start I went to the official apple store in this mall in Oeiras they asked me for the PAPERS! of my apple warranty. Of course I didn’t have papers on me in 2020 !!!
I told them I would pay without warranty but then they said they don’t have a lab there and would have to take my phone for 3 weeks and send it somewhere to be fixed. I said thank you and left.
Luckily I had the sense of asking a local vendor where to fix my phone with an actual phone lab and he pointed me to Iservice store in that mall
João knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it in a few minutes.
He didn’t want to charge me!
Since I did not have WiFi at home when that happened I asked if my phone can stay there and download from the cloud and they took care of my phone over night.
These guys are the nicest kindest most professional You can hope for in a time of iPhone technical disasters.
Highly recommended !
