★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the top cocktail and food bars in Lisbon, and possibly the best cachaça bar on the continent. Cachaça is a Brasilian spirit similar to rum and with a deep tradition of flavor and aging. You can come here and taste some of the finest in the world, along with fantastic small plate gourmet Brasilian food.
The staff is incredible, friendly and attentive and extremely skilled. Some of the top cocktails in a city full of amazing beverages. You won't regret coming to Copa.

Sit in the back and watch the chef create little masterpieces.
Come often enough, and you'll see me knocking back rum cocktails like it's Caribbean Christmas.
