Estamos em período de Covid e na minha deslocação do dia 07/01/2021 no período da tarde nenhum dos colaboradores possuía marcará e fui atendida por um elemento que nem se dignou a colocá-la para vir conversar comigo (facto esse comunicado por e-mail a referida empresa).

We are in the Covid period and on my trip on the 07/01/2021 in the afternoon, none of the collaborators had an appointment and I was attended by an element who did not even deign to ask her to come and talk to me (a fact that said by e- referred company).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 09/09/2021, dirigi -me à oficina com marcação feita. A recepcionista alegou que não tinha marcação, mais tarde foi verificar, e deu-me razão. Dirigiu -se a nós sem máscara, muito indelicada. Pessoal a trabalhar sem máscara. Péssimo atendimento, péssima simpatia.
On 09/09/2021, I went to the workshop with an appointment made. The receptionist claimed that she didn't have an appointment, later went to check, and agreed with me. She addressed us without a mask, very impolite. Personnel working without mask. Bad service, bad sympathy.
