★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma experiência única. Primeira meditação virtual e foi mágico.
Optei pelo pack das três meditações porque me pareceu o mais completo, mas essencialmente indicado para quem nunca fez nada semelhante virtualmente.
Confesso que demorei a estar realmente presente, a sentir a luz, mas assim que consegui estar inteiramente ligada passei a outro estado. Um estado de percepção corporal, pequenas dores a desaparecerem, arrepios quase constantes. Uma verdadeira libertação e consciência do corpo e da alma.
Continuarei a fazer as meditações e aproveitarei os exercícios gratuitos diariamente.

 A unique experience. First virtual meditation and it was magical.
I chose the pack of the three meditations because it seemed the most complete, but essentially indicated for those who have never done anything similar virtually.
I confess that it took me a long time to be really present, to feel the light, but as soon as I managed to be fully connected I went to another state. A state of bodily perception, small pains disappearing, almost constant chills. A true liberation and awareness of the body and soul.
I will continue to do the meditations and enjoy the free exercises daily.
