L	Libânia Mendes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidi experimentar esta clinica pelos comentários positivos, porém a minha experiência não foi a desejada. O pessoal da receção muito simpático, tal como a senhora que me acompanhou a realizar os exames, porém o médico deixou me bastante desiludida, pois sou uma pessoa que usa óculos desde os seis anos de idade e, estou de facto acostumada aos procedimentos. Entrei na sala do médico (não quero denunciar o nome do mesmo), pareceu-me simpático, mas devo afirmar que a consulta deve ter chegado a uns 5 minutos. Como era a primeira vez na clínica, não tinham conhecimento sobre o meu historial médico e também não se deu ao trabalho de perguntar, como se fosse mais uma cliente no seu longo dia e que tinha mais uns quantos ao longo do mesmo, realmente não estou habituada a este tipo de tratamento, pois sou seguida pelo mesmo médico oftalmologista desde os meus 7 anos e o mesmo sempre teve um cuidado extraordinário comigo, sempre vigiou com especial atenção a minha miopia e estagmatismo, assim como a evolução dos mesmos, que é muito acentuada, infelizmente não consegui deslocar me ao meu sítio de residência para voltar a ter uma consulta com ele, sabia que não teria o mesmo atendimento, mas não esperava algo tão impessoal, que nem se desse ao trabalho de ver o estagmatismo, basicamente só viram a parte da miopia. Só tenho a dizer que parabéns pela falta de cuidado com o vosso cliente, pois cada par de olhos que passa na frente dos médicos são únicos e devem ser tratados como tal. I decided to try this clinic because of the positive reviews, but my experience was not what I wanted. The reception staff were very friendly, as was the lady who accompanied me to carry out the exams, but the doctor left me quite disappointed, as I have been wearing glasses since I was six years old and, in fact, I am used to the procedures. I entered the doctor's room (I don't want to give his name), he seemed nice, but I must say that the appointment must have arrived in about 5 minutes. As it was the first time at the clinic, they didn't know about my medical history and they also didn't bother to ask, as if I were another client in her long day and she had a few more throughout it, I'm really not accustomed to this type of treatment, as I have been followed by the same ophthalmologist since I was 7 years old and he has always taken extraordinary care of me, he has always watched with special attention my myopia and stagmatism, as well as their evolution, which is very accentuated, unfortunately I couldn't go to my place of residence to have an appointment with him again, I knew I wouldn't have the same service, but I didn't expect something so impersonal, that I didn't even bother to see the stagnation, basically they just saw myopia part. I just have to say that congratulations for the lack of care with your client, because each pair of eyes that passes in front of doctors are unique and should be treated as such.

Walked into the clinic and was seen at once by excellent (and English-speaking) staff and doctor. They examined, diagnosed, and treated me (laser surgery) all within two hours, and I imagine the cost was far less than at a comparable American clinic. Could not have felt more lucky.

From the entrance until leaving, everything was great.

It pleased me, I made an appointment over the Internet, I received confirmation even though it was a festive period. I made the consultation, the solution offered seemed to me without a doubt the most adequate - that's why I recommend it. Professional and friendly service, well located in the center of Lisbon, why look elsewhere? Here is a solution for your vision problem.
