Presenciei uma situação em que a funcionária foi bastante antipática com uma pessoa que entrou nas instalações por causa do limite imposto pelo covid, e depois chegou alguém de uma transportadora e ficaram mais pessoas dentro do que seria permitido durante algum tempo e ninguém disse nada. Nota-se muita conversa, mau atendimento, prepotência e pouco trabalho. Poor service. I saw a situation in which the employee was very unpleasant with a person who entered the premises because of the limit imposed by the covid, and then someone from a carrier arrived and more people remained inside than would be allowed for some time and nobody said anything. There is a lot of talk, poor service, arrogance and little work.

Dá informação distinta em dias diferentes, e quando confrontada com isso, é mentirosa e não assume a má informação prestada. Já está na altura da senhora se retirar. Terrible service, very rude and unfriendly person, who should not be in the public service. It gives different information on different days, and when confronted with it, it is a liar and does not assume the bad information given. It is time for you to leave.
