Para ajudar a esta situação, a máquina das senhas recorrentemente está avariada e, quando tal acontece, permanece por algumas semanas nessa condição de inutilizada. O problema com as máquinas estende-se ao multibanco, que nem sempre está disponível. Paralelamente, somos sempre humanamente bem recebidos por quem ali trabalha e sempre senti um cuidado em esclarecer todas as dúvidas por mim colocadas a propósito dos serviços CTT. Os CTT costumavam ter mais atenção neste campo (e sei do que falo pois trabalhei nos CTT cerca de 40 anos). Store too hidden, without terrible natural lighting for those who work there because of their friendliness and demonstrated competence deserves better facilities. CTT used to have more attention in this field (and I know what I say because I worked at CTT for about 40 years).
