★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad attitude from the 2 employees. very rude....they really hate their jobs....i was sending a letter abroad but i had the address written on the top of the envelope...the dude started yelling at me that they cannot put the stamp in the right top corner...i said just put it on the right bottom corner there is enough white space....then he gave me attitude.. GTFO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a local post office for my area needs to go Loja Ctt Forno do Tijolo,. Last week i went there to pick up my official documents and i do accept it was my mistake i loose the pick up cheat given by the courier colleagues,. Sometimes it might happens we could miss the cheat,. Although helping to there clint the both gentlemen and ladies used to shout with me and shown really bad behavior instead of finding good solutions,.
We are foreigners couldn’t speak very good local language thats the reason they always makes bad behavior with us, it didn’t happened 1st time with me handling there manner less behavior,. If they couldn’t handle there clint and couldn’t assist there clint with alternative language and fails to give a proper attention than please ctt not take courier of those people who didn’t born in Portugal territory,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pick my package here as in the tracking it says they came to deliver in my address but I wasn’t there so they leave a CTT paper to pick up … when I go there they ask my company certificate …. This is my 3rd worst experience I have no words more how bad employers are …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, they’re not helpful at all. I tried to make me understand through google translator but they were very rude and not even trying to understand. I went to pickup my parcel as I saw it was there but they didn’t even look and said that it wasn’t there. I confirmed with the CTT support and confirmed me it’s there so I have to go again there . Very unprofessional and rude staff . They didn’t even had clients when I went there. So disappointing the lady.
