Duas atendentes para dezenas de pessoas. É no mínimo inaceitável. Se perde mais de 40 minutos dentro dessa agência. Há 6 balcões de atendimento e sempre, sempre duas atendentes. Balcões que poderiam serem usados em horário de pico, mas não, somos obrigado a esperar.
Two attendants for dozens of people. It is unacceptable to say the least. More than 40 minutes are wasted inside this agency. There are 6 service desks and always, always two attendants. Counters that could be used during peak hours, but no, we have to wait.

Experiência surreal. Retirei senha às 13:19, tendo cerca de 20 pessoas à minha frente, passados 40 minutos ainda tinha cerca de 14. Até seria admissível se a equipa que estava a atender ocupasse todos os postos, mas não, apenas 1 elemento, passados 30 minutos eram 3 mas apenas por alguns minutos, passando a 2. Pensei agora vai ser rápido, enganei-me passaram a ser chamadas senhas com outra letra, pessoas chegadas a 2 a 5 minutos. Estranho também é, chamada a responsável do balcão, apenas se lamentou q não podia fazer nada e que já teria informado os superiores, entregou o livro de reclamação e ,...foi almoçar. Não poderia ter reforçado o balcão? Realizar a escala diferente que permita melhor ( com mais capacidade no período dito de almoço, q seguramente com maior procura). Permitir/ garantir q o responsável tenha ferramentas para agir, eventualmente assumindo um posto de atendimento. Inadmissível nos dias de hoje.
Surreal experience. I removed the password at 13:19, having about 20 people in front of me, after 40 minutes I still had about 14. It would even be admissible if the team that was attending occupied all the posts, but no, only 1 element, after 30 minutes there were 3 but only for a few minutes, going to 2. I thought now it's going to be fast, I was wrong, passwords with another letter were called, people arrived within 2 to 5 minutes. It is also strange, when the person in charge of the counter was called, she just complained that she couldn't do anything and that she would have already informed the superiors, she handed over the complaint book and,... she went to lunch. Couldn't you have reinforced the counter? Carry out the different scale that allows better (with more capacity in the said lunch period, q certainly with greater demand). Allow/ensure that the person responsible has the tools to act, eventually assuming a service station. Inadmissible these days.

Decent and big office buy Only 1 counter factional out of 9 despite many people on the queue. Slow customers services, slow delivery.

Took about 20 minutes to buy 4 stamps for postcards as you need to take a ticket and there were 4 people before me with 3 serving. They did have post boxes for mail going to different places which was good. No postcards sold when I went today, just books. Unsure if the stamps were the right price, as they’re 35c cheaper than the ones I got in Porto and cheaper than what the guy at the souvenirs shop told me (which is 1.20€). Not too confident about this place.

Absolutely ridiculous you can't pay your electricity bill without printing it out its 2022. They use a scanned to scan the barcode regardless if it's on my phone or in paper form. Woman who served me was a real mole.
