★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como em todo o lado há bons e maus profissionais. Infelizmente são os últimos que mais recordamos e que deixam má impressão. Os CTT não são exceção.
Para não falar do facto de ter sempre longas filas, onde só funcionam 2 a 3 caixas nas horas de mais movimento, é uma pena que um local imprescindível à cidade tenha funcionários cujo serviço deixa muito a desejar. Já são por diversas vezes que assisto ao funcionário em questão ter atitudes pouco dignas e hoje aconteceu comigo.
Espero que os CTT voltem um dia a funcionar como deveriam.
As everywhere, there are good and bad professionals. Unfortunately, they are the last ones we remember the most and they leave a bad impression. CTT is no exception.
Not to mention the fact that there are always long lines, where 2-3 cashiers only work at peak hours, it's a shame that an essential place in the city has employees whose service leaves a lot to be desired. I have seen the employee in question several times already have undignified attitudes and today it happened to me.
I hope that CTT will one day work as it should.
