★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tenho uma encomenda de Viva Melhor que me disseram que o Sr. carteiro tinha vindo cá e como não estava niguem deixou aviso na caixa de correio do predio e foi uma enorme mentira, só se esse senhor não sabe ler. Mas na 4ª feira às 18horas e 11 minutos a dizer que me seria entegue a encomenda no dia 5/12 até às 19 horas, depois foi dito à empr, esa VIVA MELHOR que tinham vindo entregar e não estava ningém.
Mais uma grande dessa pessoa, infelizmente estou há mais de 3 semanas, EU MEU MARIDO E MEU FILHO, parece que os vossos funcionários não merecem o dinheiro que recebem

I have an order for Live Better than I was told that the postman had come here and since he was not there, he left a notice in the building's mailbox and it was a huge lie, only if he can't read. But on Wednesday at 6 pm and 11 minutes saying that I would be able to deliver the order on 5/12 until 7 pm, then I was told to the BEST VIVA company that they had come to deliver and was not anyone.
Another big one of this person, unfortunately I am more than 3 weeks, I MY HUSBAND AND MY SON, it seems that your employees do not deserve the money they receive

A courier that leaves the contact number wrong and still charges the call and is a pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deficient!!! I got only a second notice for a package, when I went to pick it up they told me that the package was already returned to the origin! The lady broke the notice in front of me and did not let me do anykind of claim or explanation!!! do NOT order with CTT, look for another company!
