★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent an EMS mail from Taiwan, which was expected to reach Lisbon in about one week, but it has been 3 weeks, the website tracking can not find any clues. the post officers just don’t know anything. the score of the post office should be zero.
today, the post office of Taiwan sent me a confirmation of KLM cargo, we finally knew that the mail is detained by the Custom. The CTT post office should be blamed for not letting us know whereabouts of the mail, and they don’t
even want to search. that’s the most lazy post officer in the world, I strongly ask people in Lisbon, don’t use EMS, because they don’t care, and no responsible.

My parcel is coming from Canada, and it has been held by customs for 3 weeks without any information as to why. I have emailed them over and over, but they never reply within 24 business hours. I get that there are a lot of parcels to go through, but for it to take 3 weeks just to get through customs is completely ridiculous. Definitely will never be using CTT again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow always. Staff is rude. They talk about you in Portuguse if you are foreign, thinking you won't understand. There is an old man who always yell at you. Once I lost my note for a Christmas gift and the lady was not understanding or helpful.
Really bad service all in all, also xenophobic attitude of some of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised here! I came at 21:30 and it was not busy. Ana helped me right away, I only waited a few minutes, she spoke English and confirmed that I could get a document delivered to Coimbra around 10 o'clock the next day for about 16 euros. Tracking included! The only issue is that there is no parking available and they don't take international cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 and half month waiting to receive my order once it arrived in Portugal. And when I received it, they charged irrational prices - I had to pay 130 euros when my products where only 90 euros!! - and they also added an "EXPRESS" fee -supposedly EXPRESS fee because I went to pick up my package there? What?. If I could give this place 10.000 negative stars I would. Worst attention, worst policies, worst management. Never import anything to Portugal. And if you are importing to Portugal NEVER do it through CTT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited almost 4 and half hours to get two parcels after being in customs for more than a month. After finding out the CTT never really gave the documents to have them released to customs officials. Had to pay plus urgent fees where it's just pathetic. The service was whatever but other than that CTT in general is terrible.

There is no information about the closure in the CTT site.
Only one can contact them now via the CTT site, where it says contact us.
