★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love the handbag I bought, and the customer service was great. I send questions about size, and received very fast replies with photographs of measuring tape on the actual bag. I was very impressed. Postage was traceable, and I received the bag in Australia within 10 days. Great quality product and great customer service.

I very much liked their styles, I wanted eco-shoes without the look of eco-shoes, and that's what you get, stylish, well-made shoes that can be dressed up or down for casual or work events. Their customer service was absolutely excellent, I only wish we had one of their shops near me as I was ordering from France. The soles are comfortable and not at all what you'd expect from mainly cork shoes. Even their shoe boxes are eco-responsible. I highly recommend them and will probably order more accessories from them in the future.

It was my first day in Portugal, immediately fell in love with the cork material and I am so glad I’ve stumbled upon this store. If you want to know more about Cork and get access to a variety of good quality cork merchandise, this is the place to go. Filipe is extremely knowledgeable and gave me an in-depth insight on the cork materials. I’ve got a beautiful elegant cork facemask that is also medically certified. Definitely worth the visit when you’re ever in Porto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service - the bag I was looking for on their website was sold out so I wanted to try my luck at the store, the owner told me that it was being re-stocked that day so I left my number and he called me the moment the bag arrived. The shop is quite close to São Bento station so it's very convenient.

(Beautiful cork merchandise mostly)I had a friend bring me this durable,unique ,gorgeous tote from Cultura Portuguese to California. ( thanks goodness the shop tag was on still so I could locate) I was obsessed with this handmade bag wool felt, hand woven doesn’t pile or fray. Anyway I was able to make contact with Filipe, he sent me pictures on messenger and I got to choose my bags! He was amazing with all questions great service and incredibly fast shipping wonderful experience and now I have a bit of Portugal here until I can go. Thank you Filipe. ?France

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of high quality genuine cork products here. I bought a wallet as present for my boyfriend and he likes it a lot. It looks good and quite durable. Filipe, the shop owner is very friendly and helpful as well. He makes it comfortable and fun to shop at his place. I stayed in Porto for a month and I’m so happy that I had this great shopping experience at the end of my stay. Highly recommend it if someone is looking for a good shop for high quality cork products!

If you visit Porto and look for something that is good quality, design and genuine portuguese handicraft, I'd recommend this store.
