C	Catarina Campos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que o Centro esteja sobrecarregado, mas realmente é complicado lidar com a falta de disponibilidade e paciência de todos (desde o secretariado aos médicos). Nunca atendem chamadas telefónicas, nem respondem à emails. Presencialmente, todo o atendimento é deplorável - falta de paciência e de educação, informações controversas e falta de cuidado e atenção por parte dos médicos. Sem contar que marcar uma consulta é uma missão (quase) impossível. I believe that the Center is overloaded, but it is really difficult to deal with the lack of availability and patience of everyone (from the secretariat to the doctors). They never answer phone calls or reply to emails. In person, the entire service is deplorable - lack of patience and education, controversial information and lack of care and attention on the part of doctors. Not to mention that making an appointment is a (almost) impossible mission.

Marcar uma consulta se tornou algo praticamente impossível. inoperative and ineffective this health center does not meet the needs of the population. O	Oleg Maksymyuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto scontento del servizio del centro de saude de Alcântara.. dopo due volte che ho cercato di fissare l'appuntamento con il mio medico di famiglia e tra l'altro ho anche perso 3 giorni di lavoro, mi hanno detto di venire lunedì alle ore 6, quando arrivai sul posto mi dissero che non ci sono appuntamenti fissati con il mio nome e che dovevo venire lì il giorno dopo per rimarcare l'appuntamento con il medico.. mancanza di professionalità, sconsiglio questo posto.. I am very unhappy with the service of the Centro de Saude de Alcântara .. after I tried twice to make an appointment with my family doctor and by the way I also lost 3 days of work, they told me to come on Monday at 6 hours, when I arrived on the spot they told me that there are no appointments set with my name and that I had to come there the next day to mark the appointment with the doctor .. lack of professionalism, I do not recommend this place ..

Não só mas ninguém fala inglês, numa freguesia onde há quase mais estrangeiros do que portugueses não faz sentido nenhum ninguém conseguir(ou não querer) falar inglês... Basta ver as avaliações aqui no Google Maps que se percebe quem frequenta este centro de saude. Não fazemos parte da união europeia? Que eu saiba a saúde é um direito humano e o idioma não deve nunca ser razão pela qual não se consegue ajudar uma pessoa. This service is in urgent need of refurbishment. There's no point to get hold of in this health center. Not only that, but no one speaks English, in a parish where there are almost more foreigners than Portuguese, it makes no sense for anyone to be able (or not to want to) speak English... Just see the reviews here on Google Maps and you can see who frequents this health center . Are we not part of the European Union? As far as I know, health is a human right and language should never be a reason why you can't help a person.
D	DEEPAK KUMAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal serviço, Bad service I have already family doctor, if i comes my presence at morning 8 but without appointment doctor can’t attend just recommend always to go emergency hospital, I want to show just my exams but doctor don’t have time to see my exams, Still i am waiting in health centre last from 2 hours and 55 minutes, I ask to the Health department which kind of you gives the service for public ?

M	Mister Digital Nomad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely inefficient way of scheduling an appointment (everyone has to call at 8am and keep retrying, as the line is obviously busy). Seriously, this is such a stupid method, it hurts. Also the staff could be a bit friendlier, especially given that they are paid be the people that are their patients.
