Nous avons acheté des chaises blanches. 4 étaient en magasin et 2 ont été commandées. Plusieurs semaines après, le complément arrive mais en beige !!
Le magasin commande à nouveau 2 blanches et l’attente dure plusieurs mois. Et on nous informe qu’elles ne se font plus en blanc, chose que le magasin devait savoir dès le début. On se retrouve donc avec des chaises beiges alors que notre mobilier est blanc et noir. Le comble : aucun geste commercial pour s’excuser !!! Nous avons bien demander un petit cadeau en dédommagement (petite statuette à 130€ - prix affiché en magasin) mais cela nous a été refusé. Ils ont des méthodes absolument incorrectes et anti-commerciales et si vous passez devant cette boutique, surtout ne vous arrêtez pas .... c’est une arnaque !!!

We bought white chairs. 4 were in store and 2 were ordered. Several weeks later, the complement arrives but in beige !!
The store orders 2 white again and the wait lasts for several months. And we are informed that they are no longer in white, something that the store had to know from the beginning. We end up with beige chairs while our furniture is white and black. The height: no commercial gesture to apologize! We did ask for a small gift in compensation (small statuette 130 € - price displayed in store) but this was denied. They have absolutely incorrect and anti-commercial methods and if you pass in front of this shop, do not stop ... it's a scam !!!
