Meu marido levou duas vezes pois achou que podia ter sido um dia ruim , mas infelizmente continuou pior. Não aparenta retirar os tapetes , o porta mala não foi aspirado. Lamento muito pois as pessoas são educadas . The first 4 times the cleaning was very good, unfortunately it is no longer. My husband took it twice because he thought it could have been a bad day, but unfortunately it kept getting worse. It does not appear to remove the carpets, the trunk was not vacuumed. I'm very sorry because people are polite.

Disse-me que não,que incluía o valor da cera, serviço que não solicitei. Assim que lhe disse que não queria tal serviço e sem sequer ver a o carro em questão,avisou que se o carro estivesse muito sujo acresceria um valor de 10€. Taxa suplementar que nunca me foi exigida. Sempre levei o carro sujo para os vossos serviços, caso contrário não necessitaria deles. Fiquei pois a saber que antes de levar o carro a esta empresa é de toda a conveniência fazer uma pré lavagem. A verdade é que os serviços teriam de fechar pelas 15h30 e a gerência tentou a todo o custo cobrar valores suplementares. De facto paguei,tinha de resolver o problema rapidamente e fui surpreendida pelos sucessivos pedidos. Ao contrário do que diz, o carro ficou longe ficar óptimo e sem o cuidado habitual,cheio de manchas,o que não costumava acontecer. Não foi entregue na hora determinada (razão pela qual me pediu uma taxa de 10€). Conforme me disse na altura quando lhe apresentei as minhas observações, que não tinha tempo para falar comigo, portanto penso que a sua resposta aqui deveria ser a mesma que me deu When I went to your services, who was a regular customer, I was told that the price would be €19, so I asked if the prices had gone up.
