I've never seen a boss so rude to customers and even to employees...should be fired and get a new boss...it won't last long, it's scaring away customers!!!??

Theft!!! Poor quality and prices make no sense at all. I paid 19euros for a plate of rice and vegetables.

El trato amigable y muy educado.

A comida é fria, cara e não tem qualidade. Comi um mísero prato de bacalhau com broa e uma tacinha de sangria e paguei 13 euros.
A minha amiga pediu um sumo tropical, que estava intragável, cheio de cascas de fruta. Ao pedir uma solução para o problema do sumo, a empregada levou-o e não nos disse absolutamente nada. Descontentes, pedimos o livro de reclamações, que veio com uma caneta estragada, que não escrevia.
Pedimos uma nova, mas não nos foi dada. Tivemos de ir comprar a caneta a uma papelaria.
Depois de muito descontentamento, lá nos devolveram o dinheiro do sumo, mas com uma postura de desprezo.
The reasons I hated my visit to this restaurant are as follows:
The food is cold, expensive and has no quality. I ate a meager plate of codfish with bread and a sangria bowl and paid 13 euros.
My friend ordered a tropical juice, which was unpalatable, full of fruit peels. Asking for a solution to the juice problem, the maid took it and told us absolutely nothing. Unhappy, we asked for the complaints book, which came with a broken pen that didn't write.
We asked for a new one, but we were not given. We had to go buy the pen from a stationery shop.
After much discontent, they returned us the juice money, but with a stance of contempt.
