The staff was excellent, they helped me with the activation of the drone and they also gave me a class on how to fly safely (FOR FREE)! Afterwards they helped me with a malfunction of my osmo mobile... ALSO FOR FREE!!!!! The best ones yet!!

Next day I came again for the mavic Mini to get a first look of it but they only had a dummy and none for demo in their flying cage. Knowledge of the mavic itself was first none and then he seemed to google some stuff but maaan if you work in such a shop you gotta show some interest in new releases and know at least the stuff that is written directly on to the packaging ...

Because of COVID the down floor is closed but really enjoyed the store. After buying my mavic air 2 I scheduled a test fly that the workers and I went outside and explained to me everything I need to know about the drone itself.

I bought a DJI mini 2 from the DJI website and I had problems with the drone. And today i went to your store because it is the only DJI in Lisbon and I was very well attended.
The seller helped me throughout the warranty process, even though I didn't buy from your store.
