They detonated my suitcase. I filed a lawsuit at the airport and then on the website, but the company didn't even review my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dno!!! Zniszczyli mój plecak w którym był uszkodzony zamek i zatrzask. Taki plecak kosztuje teraź około 1000zl a oni zaproponowali mi odszkodowanie 200... Każdy osiedlowy kaletnik byłoby to naprawił. A oni go zutylizowali. Skandal!!!!!
Bottom!!! They destroyed my backpack in which the lock and latch were damaged. Such a backpack costs present about 1000 PLN and they offered me compensation 200 ... Any estate worker would repair it. And they disposed of him. Scandal!!!!!

Positives: it was easy to enter into contact with the company (Whatsapp); feedback was quick; opening the process was easy. Flexibility in agreeing on the substitution luggage (to receive a certain brand - same as the original luggage had - instead of a "white brand").
To improve: organisation of more complex issues.
