★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was packed! Amazing for a Monday night. Good job we booked. My husband and I had chicken kebab with bacon and pineapple which was moist and very nice. Not keen on the house red so would opt for a bottle next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This off-the-grid restaurant offers quality for a "that" special taste. Owned by two brothers who also sell fish at the local market, the dish I advise is actually "meat" . "Pork Cheeks" is my favorite, and can't get enough. As for every good restaurant, my advice is always to arrive early, or make a booking in advance. It can get crowdy in summer, affecting service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good, affordable. The service is a bit slow. Then place is the middle of nowhere by a train rail. Great arroz de cabidela (for pre-order). Whenever we go to the Algarve, this is one of the places we always go back to.
