Best Children's hospital in portugal

N	Nibras Aldibbiat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am told this is the best pediatric hospital in Lisbon. The waiting was very short and the care was very nice. The hospital building felt very basic. I did not like the venue and although it was clean the colours and the old state of the hospital gave impression that the building is not very clean compared to other hospitals that we visited.
E	Ercan Yahsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daugther had a fewer, we came for emergency. It was terrible experience. Building was quite dirty. Staff was careless. Triage was terrible. 40 degrees fewer with green triage which means the least urgent. Doctors was terrible. The doctor who examined my daugther had a personal phone call which took 15 mins. She pushed wooden stick to her throat untill she vomit. Such an amateur! No prescription except regular antifebrile which we already said her we used it. I don’t want to believe that this is Portuguese health care. Poor for them. Never go there. Sorry for the children of lisbon who needs to go there. May the god be with you ❤️
A	Agnes Bourrat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without writing a novel if you can afford take your kid to a private hospital do they will be cared for and will not be dehydrated missing oxygen and in panic. And perhaps you as parent will have some information and you will. Not have to continuasly chase a doctor a nurse to give you any info... Also if you are foreign that it not your place even if you speak Portuguese they will remind you you are foreign and you don't come first you wait...

T	The Creacut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came today with my 7month old baby and after the "admission office" experience I had to go to another hospital. It was the worst ever and very degrading. The secretary was rude, condescending, haughty and bordering on racism. I filled in the requested documents, I did not have my insurance card with me, she told me that I had to pay (which is normal and I told her it was OK as I had my credit card already out) she then asked me if the address I had put on the forms was"my real address" or if my child had documents. She was giving me such disrespectful looks because I don't speak Portuguese or don't have a Portuguese phone number. But you should tell this lady who was working this afternoon in a pink shirt and black, curly hair that if she doesn't like her job or if she doesn't want to deal with veiled women that she changes jobs. ! I am a European citizen, and I hope that other foreigners who are in a precarious situation will never have to live this experience. I hope to have feedback from the hospital management.
R	Rinku Gabroo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi..Good Morning. I would like to inform you that I was went to hospital Dona Estefania at midnight (22.00) 18/01/2022 because my son has stomach infection. There is no good way to attend to me. There is a doctor who has named Rute navas . She checked my son very rudely. She checked his mouth with swab very roughly then he hurts too much. Now he cannot eat anything because his throat hurts. The doctor has very bad behavior. She has no manners like a doctor. When she check my child she said to me put off the clothes of my child then I told her can I close the door because there is cold but she rudely said No it’s not allowed here. I’m very disappointed from the service of the doctor. Her behavior was very bad. I feel that she has racist behavior toward me. According to me she do not deserve this job . Please help me and take any action against the doctor. Thank you.
H	Hayley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LACK OF CARE: My toddler has had infected teeth since September, when we first went to this hospital. We have only had 1 MRI scan done since then and still no results! My son has constant infections and needs the teeth removed asap. We wait 2 months in-between each appointment and each time we get no further. Nothing happens!! The Imaging department is truly shocking. We waited months for them to schedule his MRI and we are still waiting on results. Over 7 weeks now! Just to get MRI results. Never in my life experienced such lack of care for a toddler. We are being pushed into getting private healthcare because I cannot handle the worry and stress of this awful hospital anymore.
D	DJ Road Works on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consultation was good, but we had to wait for 7h (from 5:45pm until 1am). The waiting area is not designed for kids. Barely enough chairs and at that time they want to sleep. So there's a lot of potential to improve the place and make waiting more convenient for both parents and kids.
